About Us

Sunrise Swimming is a competitive swimming club located in Sunrise, Florida. We are proud to be members of USA Swimming and its local governing body, the Florida Gold Coast. Our competitive program excels at developing young athletes in reaching their utmost potential through quality instruction. Our coaching staff  focuses on all aspects of the individual, not just the athlete. Loyalty, commitment, and a solid work ethic are just a few characteristics that Sunrise Swimming instills in all swimmers, allowing for a quality program.

 As a full service aquatics program, Sunrise Swimming offers many  types of programs to fit the needs of all individuals.

Sunrise Lesson Program:

Our certified and trained instructors offer quality instruction to all, from young children to adults and private lessons to small groups. Our patient instructors will gently assist all levels to enjoy and be safe in the pool. Our program is certified by SwimAmerica, assuring quality and allowing graduates the opportunity to advance to the Sunrise Swimming competitive team. For for those 19 and older, we offer the Sunrise Swimming Masters Program.

Sunrise Swimming Masters Program:

As a low pressure sport, swimming can offer an individual a great way to remain in shape, healthy, and strong enhancing fitness in all areas of the body. Our Masters program can accommodate beginners and serious competitors alike. Practices are offered in the mornings, afternoons, and on weekends to accommodate all schedules.  You won't find a better way to exercise, meet new people, and improve your fitness.
